How do I join a modded server from this list?
To join, scroll through the modded servers above and pick one that you think you’ll enjoy, maybe a server running a modpack you already enjoy or have experience playing (tech, magic, etc). Once you have found one, click the Copy IP button next to the server’s banner. Before opening Minecraft make sure to install the exact modpack or set of mods the server recommends on its page, usually through a launcher like CurseForge. After the modpack is installed, start Minecraft, go to Multiplayer, click Add Server, and paste the IP into the address box to connect. If you cannot join, double check that you’re using the correct modpack and version the server lists, as a mismatch will prevent you from joining.
How do I find the best server for me?
When you’re looking for the best Minecraft modded servers on our list, start by checking which modpack each server is using and what kind of features it has. Some focus on big changes where you can play more RPG styled gameplay, while others focus on lighter additions like new blocks and items in Survival.
